Initial

• If you, the client, requests to see which models are available for your event and are sent options but decide to either cancel your enquiry or book elsewhere then a booking fee will be requested from yourself, the client, for the time and effort made by the booker, Sydney Topless Waitresses.

Deposit Payment

• Booking dates, times and location cannot be changed, or altered by you, the client, once the booking has been confirmed and a deposit has been paid – if they are to be changed, for any reason, a fee may be requested.
• A deposit is made to secure the model/models services. This must be made within a 20 minute period of selecting the girls/guys. This amount is included within the total amount quoted to you.
• Once a deposit has been received by you, the client, for a particular model and you wish to change to someone else then an additional $100 cancellation fee will be required to the cancelled model.
• Deposits can be made via a number of ways: bank transfer, PayID or via our EFTPOS machine. A card fee of 2.2% is payable by you, the client, across all card transactions.
• Invoices and receipts can be provided to you, the client, at your request.
• All payments to Sydney Topless Waitresses are inclusive of GST,
• All payments made via bank transfer and EFTPOS will appear on your bank statement as “AH Holdings Pty Ltd”.
• All payments made via PayID will appear on your account as “Annaliese Hickey” or “Brooke Hely” depending on which phone number you, the client, have made payment to.

Payment on Arrival

• All models must be paid in cash on arrival.
• A delay of payment, if models have arrived on time, does not mean a delay of their service start time. If our models have arrived on time and are waiting for payment, this will cut into your booking time.
• If you are unhappy with the model/models please contact Sydney Topless Waitresses immediately. Once payment has been exchanged between you, the client, and the model/models, no refund will be provided.

Conduct and Booking

• Upon arrival to the venue and the model is unable to get in touch with you, the client, or allowed into the venue, a 15 minute grace period will be allowed for the matter to be resolved. If, after this time frame, the model is still unable to get into the venue or in touch with you, the client, the job will be cancelled and no refund will be provided – additional fee’s may apply.
• If you, the client, is running late to your own booking, please make sure you contact Sydney Topless Waitresses as soon as possible so booked and confirmed models can be kept informed. The confirmed models start time will remain as prior agreed and the lost time due to you, the client, being late will be forfeited.
• If there are more guests present at the confirmed booking then what has been previously advised to Sydney Topless Waitresses you must inform us immediately. If the confirmed and booked model/models arrive and find that there are more guests than previously informed they are permitted to leave with full pay and no refund will be provided to you, the client, due to incorrect information being provided.
• You must inform Sydney Topless Waitresses if the crowd is a mixture of male and female guests and that all guests present are comfortable with model/models at the event. Some of our models do not work for female guests and upon arriving find there are females present without informing us, Sydney Topless Waitress, prior this may result in the model leaving with full pay from you, the client.
• Sydney Topless Waitresses adheres to the following ratio of 1 model to every 8-10 guests regardless if there are staff present at the venue or not. This is in the best interest and safety of all our model/models.
• If you, the client, and guests are kicked out of a venue where your event is taking place, no refund will be provided for any leftover time remaining for the booked model/models.
• If you, the client, and guests are to move venues before or during the booking you must inform Sydney Topless Waitresses immediately. If prior to the booking the venue location is changed and the confirmed model/models may not be able to attend the new location then new model/models may need to be organised. If moving locations during the booking, it is up to the confirmed model/models decision if they are comfortable to follow. Confirmed model/models do not need to agree to a location change as this was not agreed to prior to the booking and no refund will be provided for the remaining time. Travel fee’s may apply.
• At no stage are you, the client, or your guests are permitted to ask or demand confirmed model/models to organise you illegal substances or request that model/models are to partake in such activities on bookings.
• Sydney Topless Waitresses are rightly permitted to request a copy of your identification prior to the booking especially for 1:1 bookings. This is for the safety of our model/models. If you are not comfortable providing a copy of your identification, Sydney Topless Waitresses has the right to not assist with your booking. Please note that ID only needs to be sighted and will be deleted once provided – Sydney Topless Waitresses does not keep a copy of your ID
• You, the client, or any guests are not permitted to exchange numbers or any social media with any of the models. If Sydney Topless Waitresses finds this to be happening, the job with be immediately terminated and no refund with be provided.
• Any extensions, upgrades or additional services within a booking should be advised to Sydney Topless Waitresses immediately.
• Sydney Topless Waitresses models are not escorts and if you, the client, or your guests are found to be soliciting services then the models are entitled to leave the job immediately and no refund with be provided.
• In the event that you, the client, cancels the booking or a service within the booking once a deposit has been received, no refund will be provided.
• In the event that you, the client, cancels the booking or a service within 7 days of the confirmed booking to take place an additional $100 cancellation fee will be required to be paid for each confirmed model for the booked event due to a loss of income.
• Sydney Topless Waitresses does not claim any responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, injury caused by any model/models provided to the client or their guests. Any legal matters are solely to resolved between you, the client, and the model/models directly.
• Clients are advised that models are not to be touched inappropriately or photographed without prior consent.  If you, the client, or your guests are found to be doing so then the model/models are entitled to leave the job immediately and no refund with be provided.
• If any of our models are harassed, assaulted, threatened or offensive comments made towards them by you, the client, or your guests then the models are entitled to leave the job immediately and no refund with be provided.
• Recording of your models is strictly prohibited and if you or your guests are found to have photos or videos of them without their prior permission then the models are entitled to leave the job immediately and no refund with be provided.
• Sydney Topless Waitresses does not allow different model/models from different agencies on the same job as theirs.  All model/models must be booked solely with Sydney Topless Waitresses unless prior consent has been requested.  If Sydney Topless Waitresses finds out that you, the client, or your guests have booked a model/models from another agency then the models are entitled to leave the job immediately and no refund with be provided.

Models

• If a booked model is found to not look like their images on arrival, please contact Sydney Topless Waitresses immediately. We require all our girls to make sure that their images are a current representation of themselves to avoid any distress or upset from you, the client. Professional images are edited therefore some difference will apply.
• If models are later than 15 minutes from the agreed start time, please contact Sydney Topless Waitress.  Models will be required to make up time lost due to delayed start time. 
• If your confirmed model is no longer available for your event after a deposit has been received, Sydney Topless Waitresses will contact you, the client, immediately and provide you with options for a suitable replacement.
• Please be advised that Sydney Topless Waitresses cannot guarantee that your selected model/models will be available for your event. If so, we will advise you, the client, and a suitable replacement will be organised.
• If you are unhappy with the model/models please contact Sydney Topless Waitresses immediately. Once payment has been exchanged between you, the client, and the model/models, no refund will be provided.
• Extensions of services run from when the model has finished their booking time, not from when you have paid the model to extend
• If your event is located outside the Sydney CBD and local surrounding areas and travel is required from our model/models to get to your event, a travel allowance per girl will be requested. All travel is calculated from Sydney CBD.

Boats

• All cruise packages are placed onto a 24 hour hold whilst a deposit is made by you, the client, on selection of boat for a boat booking
• All cruise packages must have the final payment paid and cleared two weeks prior to event. Failure to do so may result in your booking being terminated
• A holding deposit of $1000 is required for all boat bookings at the time of the balance. This is refunded to you after your cruise with Sydney Topless Waitresses has been completed and the skipper of the vessel has approved the release and return of funds
• A final head count of attending persons must be provided to Sydney Topless Waitress at time of final payment. If additional persons turn up to the event they will be removed and your cruise may be cancelled. Boats have a strict capacity of persons per vessel and this must be adhered to at all times.
• Any aggressive, rowdy or intoxicated patrons on the cruise will be removed from the boat immediately and a potential fine passed onto the card holder/organiser.
• All cruise packages require you to have food available on board for your guests. This is a strict policy that must be adhered to
• Upon payment of the deposit to Sydney Topless Waitresses, or upon payment of any monies to the model/models, you the client, and any guest of the client are deemed to have accepted and agreed to the rules above.
